KAS is Growing

While we navigate running a small business while moving away from Meta, we have decided on these three things: We want to keep our business going, we want to continue to support local businesses and our community, and we want to keep creating fun, unique gift ideas! We have quietly added services to our business including snowshovelling, for local clients, as well as card creations for birthdays, weddings you name it! Kas~ Kids, Activism & Support

Lets chat! If you follow us on TikTok you will notice we are big on pushing for our kiddos rights. Its a sad, shit day when you open up any media app or TikTok and hear of kiddos getting their rights taken away. Kids lives are at stake here in Canada, and were are not immune to the bs happening south of our border. We can’t ignore the kids who are having their health care taken away for being part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community! We can’t ignore the immigrant children being taken by ICE! These are children deserve to be protected. Hearing those children crying, knowing they are not safe, even at school… and then the news of a little girl being bullied to the point she took her own life, too scared of being taken away from her family! This news article should make you furious! An 11-year-old girl in Texas died by suicide after she was bullied about her family’s immigration status, her mother says | CNN 

I know we are Canadian, but I am so angry with what’s happeing in the USA, so here are some websites to show ways you can stand up for what is happening by the Orange tyrant and his band of thugs.

With all the talk about whats happening south of the border, let’s turn our support to a Canadian business. The Soulful Spoon. This business is located in Woodstock and we can’t say enough about how yummy the food is! Soups, sandwhiches, wraps… like how can you say no to Dill Pickle Bread??? It’s so good! The Soulful Spoon also supports local artisans, and giving them exposure. This was a tough decision to pick just one asshole to shine the light on this past week. While Trump seemed too obvious, cause well its trump, I had to after his oval office attack on Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, with his loser VP egging the orange tyrant on! I am not even American, but that was seen as disgusting, and embarassing that an elected official acted like a douche, towards another head of state. They belittled him, made fun of what he was wearing and behaved like they were auditioning for roles in Mean Girls! Found this gem on tiktok after though, so thought I would share :)

Ignorance is abundant, but I think the FOTUS (felon of the united states) not knowing what a tariff is (neither do most of his cabinet members) is kind of appalling. He not only has used them against us, but this same guy also says he is a “business man”! The shear ignorance he has towards, well everything, is insane…and that he’s a fucking president! I could mention about a zillion other things from the orange tyrant but open up tiktok, CNN or most new places (minus fox) and his idiocracy is out there for the whole world to see! TIL next time, Ali
