Kas~ Kids, Activism & Support

Kids~Kids. Let’s remember with all of these deportations happening south of the border, that some of those are kids. Legal citizen kids. Opening up the news throughout the week, if it wasn’t about the Canadian elections, it was about the kids being deported. One news article had reported that 3 children, all legal citizens, have been deported with their mothers, including one with STAGE 4 CANCER! The orange tyrant and his goons have deported actual legal citizens, children with CANCER, but opens up the country for the likes of Andrew Tate?!? I cannot make sense of his train of thought.

Activism~While we have seemed to have dodged the bullet on a facist regime here in Canada, (though only time will tell with a minority government), the activism is still strong in the USA. As I am writing this, multiple organizations, are lining the streets in Michigan. The orange tyrant is “celebrating” his 100 days in office (seriously, its only been 100 days) and their will be a protest starting from the airport as he arrives, right to the place of his rally (Macomb County). Most of the protesters are standing with signs, simply stating “I DISSENT”! Also, May 1st, MAY DAY, another country wide protest, demanding for the orange tyrants impeachment, due to the many constitutional violations in just his 100 days in office!

Small Business Support~Amazon started showing the prices of their items today, (April 29, 2025) then added their “tariff” price as well, so customers can see why the prices were up. Now, of course the orange tyrant and KKKaroline lost it and called it a “hostile and political act”, so Bezos of course bent the knee yet again and has removed that… HOWEVER, I want to ask you if that is something that you would like to see small businesses do? Explain online or on their tags just how much the tariff affects the cost? Let me know!!!

Ali~Assholes, Legal Shit, & Ignorant People

Assholes~ While I understand there is clearly some mental health issues with the accused, the asshole of the week ( though many more words go through my head), is the accused in the murder of the violent attack at the Lapu Lapu Festival in Vancouver. It’s been reported that 11 people have been killed, while at least 20 have suffered injuries. Included in those killed, is a 5 yr old and her parents, leaving their 16 yr old orphaned. The pain felt in that community, is unimaginable, and has left British Columbians rattled, and wondering what they can do to prevent this from happenign again. The Premier of BC is awaiting the criminal investigation, and court process, before seeing if an inquiry on their end needs to be started, to get the answers needed.

Legal Shit~Well, the election is over, and now PP (temu trump) has some stuff to figure out. Despite being the leader of the oppostion, he “technically” cannot participate now, as he was not elected in his riding! He can definetly stay on if he is able to “switch” with another conservative MP, BUT that requires a by-election, and has to be aprroved by PM Carney. PM Carney can take up to 6 months to approve the by-election. PP is confident he will stay on as the conservative leader but we expect more info to follow over the upcoming days.

Ignorant~I am not a conservative fan but loving the drama that has started between Dougie Ford and the Federal Conservatives. Did you see the interview after Jamil Jivanni won his seat last night in Bowmanville-Oshawa North . He had some choice words for Ford, accusing him of creating criticism towards the federal cons, and speaking out instead of keeping his mouth shut. I never thought I would ever say this, but maybe Ford was right? The federal and provincial conservatives, working as separate “parties”, only creates more division within their party, and more within the country. So is Jamil the ignorant person this week for trashing Ford, or is Ford the ignorant person for not keeping his opinion out of the federal elections?!? Either way, some good drama will ensue, as they battle who over whose “views” are better for Canada! Where do they each stand, with regards, to the orange tyrant? They say a pic says a thousand words… well this says it all!
